Chef Neha Deepak Shah shared a Hot & Spicy Queso Dip recipe and it is just what you need to make your snacks even more delicious!
Butter 1 Spring onion stalk 3-4 Cloves of garlic 1/3 cup bell peppers 1 & 1/2 tbsp whole wheat flour 1 cup milk Salt Pepper Chilli Flakes 1/3 cup Grated Cheese Mozzarella cheese 1 tsp spicy chilli powder 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1 tbsp chopped jalapeños 1/2 tsp black pepper

1. In a pan, add 2 tbsp butter along with spring onion, garlic & bell peppers. 2. Saute them well for a few minutes.
3. Take the sauteed veggies off the pan and add 1 more tbsp of butter to it. 4. Then, add whole wheat flour and cook for a few seconds. 5. Next, add some milk & stir constantly.
6. Now, add some grated cheese along with all the spices.
7. Add chopped jalapeños, mozzarella cheese, and sauteed veggies back in the pan and cook till the cheese melts. 8. Keep stirring regularly.
And that’s it! Your Queso Dip is ready. Serve hot with your favourite snack or toast, and enjoy!
