Chef Guntas Sethi took to Instagram and shared the recipe for Poha Makhana Uttapam which is healthy and easy to make.
1 cup roasted makhana 1/2 cup poha 1/2 cup sooji 1/2 cup curd Water Salt 1.5 tsp baking soda 1 cup chopped red & yellow bell pepper 1 cup chopped onions Chopped coriander 1 sprig curry leaves 1 grated carrot
1. In a bowl, add some makhana, sooji, poha, curd, and water. 2. Mix it well & let it rest for 20 minutes.
3. Now, blend the mixture till you get a creamy consistency. 4. Add some salt and baking soda and give it a good mix.
5. Heat up a pan and add the batter. 6. Top it with chopped veggies.
7. Flip it and cook from both sides until golden brown.
