Chef Aruna Vijay took to Instagram to share an easy Rajasthani Dahi Mirchi recipe that you need to try right away.
20-25 green chillies 1.5 tbsp oil 1 tsp kalonji 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp fennel seeds Salt 1.5 tsp red chilli powder ½ tsp turmeric powder 2 tsp coriander powder ⅛ cup whisked curd
1. Wash the green chillies and remove their crowns. 2. Grind them into a coarse mixture.
3. In a pan, add oil, along with some kalonji, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, grounded green chilli 4. Mix well.
5. Add in dry spices along with salt to taste.
6. Finally, add in curd and mix it all well. 7. Cook till oil is released.
And that’s it, your Rajasthani Dahi Mirchi is ready to be served and enjoyed. You can store it in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for 4 -5 days.
