• 6 bread slices • 500 ml milk • 2 tbsp sugar • 2 tbsp custard powder • Dry fruits • Saffron • 2 tbsp milkmaid • 2 tbsp cream

• Start by cutting the edges of bread slices.

• Bring milk to a boil. Meanwhile, mix custard powder with 2 tsp boiling milk for a smooth paste. Pour the mixture and sugar into boiling milk and cook for a few minutes.

• Take a container, place bread slices and pour some milk and custard mixture.

• Next, gently mix cream and milkmaid for a creamy textured mixture. Add it to the bread slices and continue the same process again. Garnish with chopped dry fruits and saffron.

• Refrigerate the sweet preparation for at least two hours.
