Purvi Shah shared a recipe for Jaggery Paratha, a winter delicacy in Northern India.

1 cup of Jaggery 1 cup of Water 1 Tbsp of Sesame seeds 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder 1/4 tsp of nutmeg powder 1 cup of wheat flour 1/2 cup of jowar flour

First, add jaggery pieces into a bowl and add water into it.

Then, heat this jaggery syrup in a kadai. Add sesame seeds, nutmeg powder and cardamom powder into it. Keep stirring it.

Then, add the wheat flour and jowar flour and make a dough.

Shape the dough like rotis with a rolling pin.

Roast this on a pan with ghee or oil and your Jaggery Roti is ready.
