Fresh litchi (de-seeded) Gin of your choice Litchi juice Ice Litchi skewers for garnish

Step 1: In a shaker, take two to three litchi and muddle them well to release their juices along with a fresh aroma.

To the shaker, add litchi juice, gin and loads of ice.

Cover it and shake it well.

Now take a coup glass and strain the yummy concoction into it.
