Cut the onions in large chunks.

Then, blend soaked cashews with curd and little water to make a paste.

Make a tadka with oil, dried red chillies, cumin, coriander seeds, red chilli powder, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, coriander powder, slit green chillies and peppercorns. Mix well till it emanates an aroma.

Pour the freshly made cashew paste into the tadka. Keep mixing till the oil separates.

Then, add the onion chunks with salt and a little water. Add kasuri methi, chaat masala, salt and spring onions. Keep mixing for 5 minutes, Your Pyaaz Ki Sabzi is ready!
