125g of Makhana 2 tbsp of Ghee 2 tsp of Garlic Powder 2 tsp of White Onion Powder 2 tsp of Dried Parsely (Powder) 1 tsp of Mint Powder 1/2 tsp of Pepper Powder 2 tsp of Powdered Sugar Salt

First, heat ghee in a pan and then roast makhana in it till it becomes crunchy. It could take 10 minutes over low heat.

Then, mix all the spices and herbs in a bowl and keep it aside.
