What Is Nucchinunde? 

Nucchinunde is steamed lentil dumplings which is a healthy snack. Shivangi Dubey shared a delicious recipe for this dish.

Ingredients 

-toor dal -chana dal -ginger -green chillies -dill leaves -coriander leaves -curry leaves -turmeric powder -grated coconut -salt -cumin

Step 1 

First, soak toor dal and chana dal in water, in equal quantities, overnight.

Then, grind the soaked dal with ginger and chillies.

Step 2

Then, add dill leaves, coriander leaves, cumin, turmeric powder, grated coconut and curry leaves to the ground dal. Mix it well.

Step 3

Make cylindrical balls of the batter.

Step 4

Steam them for sometime depending on the size. Your Nucchinunde is ready. Eat with chutney with ghee.
