Visa Integrity Fee

Effective from 2026, this is an additional fee that will be charged during the issuance of a visa.

It’s applicable to nearly all non-immigrant visa categories, such as business visa, work visa, student visa, and exchange visas.

What Type Of Visa Is It Applicable To?

$24 I-94 fee; this is for all non-immigrant visa holders $13 ESTA fee; this is for visa waiver program travellers $30 for EVUS fee; this is for the Chinese nationals holding a 10-year B-1/B-2 visa

Several Other Surcharges

These surcharges are non-waivable, although the Visa Integrity Fee is refundable.

Non-Waivable Fees

Visa holders can only apply for a refund if they leave within five days of their visa expiration. And they should offer substantial documentation.

How To Get The Fee Refund?

Currently, it costs $185, but with the added fees and surcharges, it will climb up to $472.
