Egg Chapati For Office Lunch

Ingredients 

1 1/2 Cups of wheat flour 1/4 Tsp of salt 1 Tsp of oil Warm Water 4 eggs 1/4 Tsp of salt Chopped Onion Chopped Green Chilli Chopped Garlic Chopped Ginger Finely Chopped Coriander

Step 1 

First, make the chapati dough with wheat flour, salt, oil and warm flour.

Once the dough has rested for 10 minutes, divide the dough into three balls and keep them aside. Then, roll the chapatis thin and even.

In another bowl, crack the eggs, add chopped onions, coriander leaves, salt, ginger, garlic and whisk it.
