• A cup of green garlic shoots • 1 tbsp oil • 1 tsp jeera • 1/2 cup garlic cloves • 2 inch ginger (chopped) • A few black peppercorns • A handful of green chillies • 1/4 cup coriander leaves • A handful of mint leaves • 1 tsp sugar • Juice of 1 lemon • 1/4 cup hot oil

• Heat oil in a pan and saute jeera, garlic cloves, chopped ginger, black peppercorns, and green chillies.

• Clean a bunch of green garlic thoroughly and chop it.

• Next, transfer the cooked garlic mix into a mixer blender and add green garlic shoots, fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves, sugar, and lemon juice.

• Grind all ingredients into a coarse paste.
