2 litres milk 1 tbsp salt 3 tsp vinegar+3 tsp water mixed 1 tsp chilli flakes ½ tsp crushed black pepper 1 Green chilli 2 tbsp chopped coriander

1. Start by smoking up the paneer. 2. Take some spices in a bowl, and add smoked charcoal and a dash of oil to it. 3. Cover it with a lid for 10 mins to get that smokey flavour.
4. Heat the milk and add the mentioned spices.
5. Next, add vinegar/lemon water to curdle the milk. 6. Also, add coriander.
7. Strain out the preparer chhena and wash with cold water.
8. Put the chhena in a mould for about half an hour and press it for the best result.
And that’s it! Your homemade Masala Paneer is ready to be served and enjoyed!
