Europe’s leaders plan to encourage younger people to enter farming industry

A historically robust sector in Europe is facing an uncertain future because of demographic shifts. Figures show that just 12 per cent of European farms are run by people under the age of 40. The EU commission is now rolling out a roadmap in a bid to sustain the future of farming. Ross Cullen has more from Paris.
