This retro-styled hybrid instant camera features a 28mm, bright F2.0 prime lens. Its 1/5-inch CMOS image sensor has a resolution of 2,560 x 1,920 pixels. The Instax mini Evo stores about 45 images in its internal memory. This can be expanded thanks to a built-in microSD / microSDHC card slot. Fujifilm says each additional GB of storage holds about 850 images.
It also offers 10 different lens effects (like double exposure and vignette) and 10 different film effects (including sepia and monochrome). These can be combined for a total of 100 possible creative effects that can, for instance, make your photos more vibrant or less saturated. Connecting the camera through the Instax app lets you use your smartphone as a remote control.
