Authorities were called to the scene at about 7.05am. Four cars, a van and a minibus were involved in the accident.
Six other people were taken to hospital, including a 42-year-old car driver who is assisting with police investigations.
Videos of the moments before the accident were posted on the SG Road Vigilante Facebook page, showing a black car speeding and sideswiping a white car before a junction.
A few seconds later, multiple vehicles are seen damaged at the junction, with a black car upturned.
Paramedics are seen in another video performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation on a person near a zebra crossing.
